'The Society of Fulham Artists' was founded in 1952 as a non profit organization "to encourage the practice and exhibition of the work of local artists in association, and to attract and interest the public in the visual Arts."
In 2003 the society combined with a local group of potters, giving us our new name, 'The Society of Fulham Artists and Potters'. We are greatly indebted to the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham for sponsoring our twice yearly exhibitions at the Fulham Library.

The society welcomes a wide spectrum of abilities, encouraging a natural, interactive enthusiasm from both amateur and professional members alike.
This ethos is best expressed in the support of the events and activities enjoyed by the members, such as lectures, demonstrations, drawing workshops, gallery visits etc. There is also a quarterly Newsletter to keep members in touch with what is going on... In addition, MEMBERS benefit from a number of local firms *see LINKS page.

Please click 'Artists Gallery' on the Bar Menu to see the work of some of our members, and explore the rest of the site If you wish to find out more about us or to apply for Membership.
