Gel Plate Printing with Faye Haskins – 11th September 2026

We are gel-plate mono-printing on the 11 September with Faye Haskins. Faye has given us this popular workshop a few times now and it is the most amazing fun, with surprising results, not all planned!
The morning will be spent exploring the basics of gel plate printing. Use textures to create images and build up layers of paint to create wonderful images, abstract or otherwise. If there is time, we will explore acrylic markers and chalk pastels.
After lunch, experimentation will continue with photo transfer using magazine images and laser prints placed on the gel plates.
Gel plate printing offers a way into printing that can be done at home with minimal mess. It is worth investing in a gel plate and mastering the different things that can be done.
Venue: The Pop-up, first floor Fulham Broadway retail centre. NB There are only tables and chairs at at the venue so bring your own easels, drawing boards etc if you need them along with required materials.
