The Society of Fulham Artists and Potters (SOFAP) is proud to present The Arts Space, a vibrant, low-cost exhibition and events venue located in the heart of Fulham Broadway. Designed to support local creatives, this flexible space is ideal for artists, musicians, performers, and community groups looking for an accessible and inspiring venue.
INFORMATION
- Hours: The Unit must be vacated by the agreed time (as stated in the unit hire form) and keys returned to the Management Suite, Fulham Broadway Retail Centre. Permitted Hours of use for bookings are between the hours of 8.00am and 11.00pm every day of the year, except on bank holidays and other public holidays. In emergencies, or in instances of poor conduct, the SOFAP reserves the right to close the building at any time. If the agreed hours are exceeded without permission, the SOFAP may withhold your deposit.
Rental Cost:
- Per hour: £10.00 per hour
- Day rate: £140 per day, 9am – 11pm,
- outside of these hours by arrangement only
- Weekly rate: Monday to Sunday – £350 with additional days charged at £80.00
- 9am to (closing times to be confirmed) after 6pm by arrangement only.
Payment: Day Rates, £10.00 per hour payable in advance, weekly £350.00 or lump sum to cover the entire rental period payable in advance. Payment will be taken by SumUp and an invoice provided.
Deposit of £100.00 must be paid in advance. For one-off bookings this deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the booking date when all hire conditions have been met. This deposit will be held for the duration of long term bookings and returned to you within 7 days of the final booking date when all hire conditions have been met.
Notice: One week notice on either side is required to terminate the agreement, unless the booking is agreed at short notice close to the date of the event or meeting.
Cleaning: Cleaners can be organised at a separate cost. If the unit is not left clean and clear of rubbish the deposit will be forfited.
Insurance: The Hirer will be responsible for their own insurance for their possessions. they will also require Public Liability Insurance to the value of no less than £5,000,000.00 five million pounds.
