I have always had a passion for art. However, it was not until the start of the new millennium that I decided to devote my time entirely to the pursuit of art and creativity. Pursuing this goal, I started my full time studies at the Putney School of Art and Design, where I still continue to take courses to keep myself in tune with new trends. Since 2004, I have based my work in a studio in Wandsworth that I share with a number of fellow artists.
I describe myself as a contemporary semi abstract artist. I enjoy using bright strong colours to capture the essence of the beauty which nature has to offer. My work is designed to challenge your perceptions of the real world.
I had my first solo exhibition in 2002. I have exhibited in many galleries as well as many group shows including the Mall Galleries and the Chelsea Art Society Annual Open Exhibition. My work is owned by many individuals and companies and my 2014 prize-winner landscape is owned by Royal Marsden Hospital and is hung in Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton.
